Lathe Chisels- Offered is a superb collection of 10 wood turning lathe chisels by James Swan Co. All are marked except for the parting tool. Marking type varies but all are James Swan Co. The handles are 9 long with brass ferrules. It looks as if they could be user applied as the irons are not inserted as far as I would like to see, can be easily separated. Included are 4 skews(2, 1, 5/8 & 3/8"), 3 gouges(2, 3/4 & 3/8"), 2 chisel points(3/8 & 1/8") & a 3/16" diamond parting tool. All are clean & bright, the 2 chisel points have some minor rust pitting & stains. All cutting edges are clean & sharp. A super heavy duty set with an old time respected maker name.
