You are looking at a complete set of fine Japanese woodworking tools from the 1960s. Everything here is fully functioning and ready to use.

The set includes the following. Dual sided saw - ryoba. And a fitted wooden tool box. All and all, a fantastic set of tools that has many years of use ahead.

These are high quality tools and each bears a makers mark, which is a secondary sign of quality. I have used the tools my self, and I can attest that they do the job. Some are even quite rare. For instance, I have never come across this small cats paw / wrecker bar anywhere.

It has a very nice makers mark and is made entirely of blue steel. The chisel hammer is drop forged, and very comfortable. The kanna, as you would expect, is of high quality laminated steel, and, unlike others I have seen, even the chip breaker is marked. Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the pliers that came with this.

They are, without a doubt, the best pair of pliers I have ever used. Hate to let them go, but it's time someone else had their fun with these!
